Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds, cancellations and delivery for the paid Access plan on KIIT Material. By purchasing the Access plan you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Digital products & delivery

KIIT Material sells access to digital content (previous-year question papers, solutions, study notes and section selection). There is no physical product and no shipping. Access is delivered electronically and instantly on the website as soon as your payment is confirmed.

2. Refunds

• Because access to digital content is granted immediately and cannot be returned, payments are generally non-refundable.
• We will, however, refund you in genuine cases — for example if you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical or payment error, were charged more than once for the same plan, or were charged for a transaction you did not authorise.
• Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (handled via Razorpay) and typically reach you within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation

The Access plan is a one-time payment valid for its stated duration. You can stop any auto-renewal at any time from your account or by contacting us — your current access stays active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again after cancelling.

4. How to request a refund

Email us within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and the payment / transaction ID (from your Razorpay receipt). We will review and respond promptly.
